Banking Consultant – Retail Banking (Darwin, NT)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Darwin. You will meet end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice, and promote digital solutions while acting as a role model for excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy by delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Participate in and support bank programmes and initiatives.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
• Deliver accurate and timely customer transactions in line with accreditation level.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using digital channels and technology to serve customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good understanding of compliance and excellent communication skills.
