Banking Consultant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

As a Banking Consultant at ANZ, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in our Launceston branch. Working part‑time, you will help clients meet their financial goals through personalised conversations, transaction support and digital education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end financial advice and complete customer transactions in line with accreditation levels.
• Engage customers to increase advocacy and satisfaction, acting as a role model and peer coach.
• Support bank programmes and initiatives, ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and risk standards.
• Promote digital channels and educate customers on available financial solutions.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital banking channels.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
• Sound understanding of banking products and risk‑based customer knowledge.
