Banking Consultant, Geelong

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Banking Consultant in Geelong, Victoria (casual role, reference 126456). The position is based mainly in branches, helping customers meet their end-to-end financial needs through transactions, needs-based conversations and education on financial solutions, including digital ones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless branch experience by meeting customers' banking needs across transactions, conversations and digital solutions
• Complete customer transactions and hold in-depth needs-based conversations within your accreditation level
• Deliver a high standard of customer service so customers become strong advocates for ANZ
• Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team
• Support bank programs and initiatives
• Know your customer from a risk perspective and comply with ANZ and branch policies and procedures

Required profile

• Retail experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
• Sound understanding of compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You do not need all of the listed attributes; a growth mindset is valued

Required skills

• Exceptional customer focus
• Working knowledge of digital channels is an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity
