Banking Consultant – Customer Service & Sales (Perth)

About the role

The S & S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will support everyday banking enquiries, account openings and guide customers toward digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service, aiming for first‑call resolution and strong NPS results.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries and account opening processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers in using digital platforms, enabling self‑service and digital onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and underwriting guidelines.

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences.
• Comfortable using digital customer‑service platforms in real time.
• Ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations.
