About the role

Join a highly regarded top‑10 accounting and advisory firm as an Audit Senior in Perth. You will work on a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from privately owned businesses to multinational organisations, gaining significant client exposure and technical development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver external audit engagements across a varied client base.
• Manage audit fieldwork, planning and completion activities.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Review financial statements and audit documentation.
• Identify business risks and provide value‑added recommendations.
• Mentor and support junior auditors.
• Collaborate directly with Managers, Directors and Partners.
• Engage with complex technical accounting and reporting matters.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
• 3+ years of external audit experience in Australian public practice.
• Experience in a Big 4, mid‑tier, or reputable boutique firm.
• Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and Audit Standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for client service and professional development.
• Desire to progress into leadership roles.
