Associate / Senior Associate - Wills, Estates & Commercial Law

About the role

An award-winning firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level to join its Wills, Estates and Commercial Law team at its beachside Cronulla office. You will manage your own matters and work directly with clients, with autonomy and file ownership tailored to your experience. Senior Associates can take on greater leadership responsibility, support junior team members and build their own practice.

Key responsibilities

• Run your own files across asset protection, wills and complex estate planning including testamentary trusts, incapacity planning and succession planning for companies and trusts
• Handle probate and estate administration, estate litigation and disputes, and superannuation matters
• Provide business structuring advice and commercial contracts

Required profile

• 3+ years' relevant experience in estate planning or related areas, with appointment level reflecting your experience
• Ability to manage your own matters and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team
