Associate Principal – Industry Advisory

About the role

Genpact is seeking an Associate Principal to support industry advisory projects, leveraging AI and digital innovation to deliver measurable outcomes for global enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation to support advisory projects.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations addressing client business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and advisory documentation for internal and client stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and partners to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Utilise data analytics and industry research to enhance advisory services.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Support compliance with relevant regulations and governance.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA or Masters in Business Analytics preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Power BI Data Analyst, PRINCE2, PMP, Tableau Desktop Specialist.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
