Associate - PCM Contract Management

About the role

Join the PCM Contract Management team in Adelaide to support South Australian Government Transaction Banking, Merchant Services and Commercial Cards contracts. The role ensures contractual, governance and reporting obligations are met while managing risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee two SA Government Transaction Banking contracts, working closely with legal, product, sales, account management, implementation and service teams.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and bi‑annual reporting for internal ANZ executives and external DTF Contract Manager.
• Lead contract compliance meetings with the DTF Contract Manager and ensure adherence to risk management standards.
• Maintain awareness of and execution against the latest processes, policies and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualified with strong experience in Transaction Banking and Project Management.
• Proven experience dealing with government agencies and managing client interactions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence change.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of solving complex and ambiguous situations.
