About the role
This role offers an Associate Health & Medical Negligence Lawyer the chance to work within one of Australia’s leading insurance and health practices, handling a broad range of health law matters for hospitals, clinics and medical professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own files across claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated matters and coronial inquests.
- Collaborate with senior practitioners in health law, professional indemnity and financial lines to broaden technical exposure.
Required profile
- 3‑6 years post‑admission experience in health law and medical negligence.
- Strong client relationship skills and a practical, commercial approach to problem‑solving.
