About the role
Join a leading national mid‑tier firm as a Motor Vehicle Insurance Associate, working within an established insurance practice handling motor vehicle litigation, recovery actions, and liability disputes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of motor vehicle insurance matters, including litigation and recovery actions.
- Represent clients in Magistrates' Court appearances and handle liability, credit‑hire, and repair claims.
Required profile
- Valid practising certificate in Victoria.
- Minimum of three years' experience in motor vehicle insurance litigation.
Required skills
- Demonstrated experience in liability disputes, credit‑hire, and repair claims.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
