About the role

Join a market‑leading health litigation team in Sydney as an Associate level solicitor. You will work on defending large, complex health claims, gaining exposure to senior partners, award‑winning training and clear pathways for career progression.

Key responsibilities

  • Defend large, complex health claims across multiple medical specialties and jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court, District Court and Coroners Court of NSW and Queensland.
  • Draft pleadings and prepare evidentiary materials.
  • Formulate litigation and regulatory strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout the case lifecycle.

Required profile

  • 2+ years post‑admission experience (PAE) in health litigation matters.
  • Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with exceptional academic achievements.
