About the role
This is an in‑house opportunity for a construction lawyer at an ASX‑listed company, working with a leading General Counsel and broader legal team on construction and commercial matters.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Counsel and external counsel on construction and general commercial issues.
- Review, negotiate and draft contracts, providing advice to project teams.
Required profile
- 5–8 years post‑admission experience in construction law (both front‑ and back‑end preferred).
- Hard‑working, thorough, able to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
Required skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Precise oral and drafting abilities.
- Effective problem‑solving and autonomous work style.
