Associate Event Producer

About the role

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create unique live experiences. You will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager, handling production logistics and ensuring high‑quality events are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event production, from pre‑production planning and vendor selection to on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and on‑site teams to align on concert execution.
• Optimize production costs, handle quotes, invoices and P&L updates.
• Secure permits, meet insurance requirements, and manage venue research and booking.
• Handle administrative duties such as expense reports, invoicing and contract coordination with legal.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in live event production or experiential marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with partners, brands, agencies and talent.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of technical production requirements.
• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and permitting.
• Familiarity with promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram (a plus).
• Strong network of vendors and venues.
