Associate Director, Business Bank Interest Rates Sales

About the role

As an Associate Director in the Institutional Markets team, you will develop and deliver interest rate risk management solutions for Business and Private Bank customers across Western Australia and South Australia. You will provide strategic advice on a range of interest rate hedging products and work closely with relationship managers and product specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a cross‑segment portfolio of Business and Private Bank customers, delivering tailored interest rate risk management solutions.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and product specialists to provide coordinated, client‑centric advice.
• Develop strong industry knowledge, monitor economic trends and market forces.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through regular face‑to‑face engagement and identify cross‑sell opportunities.
• Uphold ANZ’s risk and compliance standards and ensure alignment with governance policies.
