Associate - Corporate, Financial Sponsors Group

About the role

Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth’s market‑leading Corporate, Financial Sponsors Group in Sydney. You will work on high‑value capital markets and M&A transactions for premier fund management firms.

Key responsibilities

• Advise domestic and international fund managers on complex capital raising, fund formation, ASX listed fund IPOs and secondary offerings.
• Provide strategic corporate advisory services on a range of mandates.
• Collaborate closely with partner Fadi Khoury and the broader national Corporate team.

Required profile

• Approximately 2+ years post‑qualification experience in a leading Australian, international or specialist corporate, M&A or capital markets practice.
• Demonstrated commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in corporate transactions and capital markets.
• Experience managing aspects of complex matters and working directly with clients.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
