Associate Consultant – Graduate Program

About the role

Appian is seeking motivated graduates for its 2027 Associate Consultant Graduate program. You will join the Customer Success team to help clients transform their business processes using Appian’s AI‑powered automation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom process‑centric applications on the Appian platform.
• Analyze client strategies and workflows to create high‑impact technical solutions.
• Apply design‑thinking to prototype functional solutions and map end‑to‑end business models.
• Integrate systems, including application integration, business intelligence, and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of computer systems and logical problem‑solving.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client‑facing environments.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating complex business problems into process workflows.

Required skills

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
