Associate Architect / Lead Developer (Full‑Stack, Optimizely, Cloud)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer / Associate Architect to drive the design and delivery of digital applications. The role focuses on full‑stack development using Optimizely CMS.NET technologies, and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and validate functional and non‑functional requirements in an agile environment.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital applications.
• Develop full‑stack solutions with Optimizely CMS.NET Core, and AWS‑native capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance in line with agreed SLAs.
• Apply best‑practice development techniques to optimise and enhance solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members on technical matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end application development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to understand business drivers and deliver outcomes.

Required skills

• Optimizely CMS (or similar CMS platforms)
• .NET Core and .NET Blazor framework
• Web and API development across multiple domains
• Cloud development on Azure and/or AWS
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Test‑Driven Development (TDD) tools
