Associate – Acquisitions (Real Estate)

About the role
Invesco is seeking an Associate to support its Australian Real Estate team. You will work across acquisitions and asset management, gaining hands‑on experience in financial modelling, investment analysis and deal execution.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and underwrite acquisition opportunities across APAC, including cash‑flow modelling and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare Investment Committee materials and assist with due‑diligence, market research and comparable analysis.
- Support asset management activities such as capex planning, lease approvals, refinancing scenarios and annual business plans.
- Update asset performance, coordinate quarterly valuations and produce regular reporting.
- Review and comment on investment recommendations from team members.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably in property, finance, economics, engineering or business.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, investment banking, property brokerage, auditing or consulting.
