About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well‑established, growing agency. The role offers autonomy over a residential portfolio and a supportive environment that values work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio with confidence and autonomy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and stakeholders.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, rental arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in residential property management.
• Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
