Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage shift flow, ensuring tables turn, grills stay hot, and standards are met.
• Maintain compliance with local certifications such as liquor, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation.

Required profile

• Right to work in Australia/New Zealand and be 18 years or older.
• Passion for coaching, people development, and fast‑paced hospitality.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and lead with energy.

Required skills
