About the role

Join Nike Retail in Melbourne as an Assistant Head Coach – Operations, Back of House. You will partner with the Head Coach to ensure seamless back‑of‑house functions while fostering a high‑performing team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life.
• Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team.
• Assist the team in achieving targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.
• Oversee stock management, logistics, rostering and coaching activities.

Required profile

• Passion for the Nike brand.
• Experience leading a large retail team with responsibilities across stock management, logistics, rostering, development and coaching.
• Strong strategic, problem‑solving and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
