About the role
Join a boutique buyer’s agency on Sydney’s North Shore as an Assistant Buyers Agent, supporting a lead agent in acquiring premium homes and apartments for high‑net‑worth clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with residential sales agents.
- Source off‑market properties that match client requirements.
- Inspect and assess premium residential properties.
- Conduct pricing research and detailed due diligence.
- Assist with negotiations and property acquisitions.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, brokers and agents.
Required profile
- Previous residential real estate experience essential.
- Sound understanding of residential property sales.
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License.
- Immaculate presentation and confident, professional communication.
- Reliable car, driver’s licence and availability on Saturdays.
What we offer
- Salary $70,000 – $80,000 + commissions.
