Ambassador & Affiliate Marketing Lead

About the role

Eucalyptus, behind Juniper, is looking for an Ambassador & Affiliate Marketing Lead to build and scale Juniper's ambassador program. Reporting to the Head of Editorial, the role turns successful partnerships such as Liesel Jones into a repeatable, scalable engine of reach, credibility and trust for the brand, which supports women's health through partnerships with prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians.

Key responsibilities

• Take learnings from successful partnerships and codify them into a repeatable playbook
• Develop frameworks for identifying, vetting, onboarding and activating partners, and manage multiple ambassadors at once
• Source ambassadors across platforms, audience sizes and demographics, and build long-term, authentic relationships
• Brief ambassadors to create content that performs organically and is also optimised for paid media, across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and podcasts
• Work with Performance and Creative teams so ambassador content can move seamlessly from organic posts to ads
• Track reach, engagement, credibility and paid media ROI, and use data to refine the ambassador mix
• Structure partnership agreements around clear deliverables, usage and expectations
• Collaborate with Creative, Performance, Social and PR teams to integrate ambassador content into broader campaigns

Required profile

• Experience building influencer marketing, ambassador or creator programs from scratch or scaling them
• Ability to choose ambassadors who elevate brand perception and share a genuine interest in women's health
• Comfortable managing partnership agreements and budgets
• Understanding of how to brief content for both organic and paid contexts
• Ability to turn successful partnerships into scalable processes and playbooks

Required skills

• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Understanding of metrics such as CPM, engagement rate and conversion attribution
