All Rounder Operator

About the role

ConsMin is seeking an All Rounder Operator to work on its Woodie Woodie mine in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The role involves operating a range of heavy‑equipment mobile plant in an open‑pit production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators (Cat 6020B, Ex 3600), graders (Cat 16M, 18M), dozers (Cat D10T, D10T2, 854K) and FEL (Cat 992) for floor clean‑ups, drill pattern preparation, waste dump pushing and topsoil clearing.
• Maintain haul‑road camber and crown using graders, support pit haul‑road and track maintenance, and assist with drill pattern preparation.
• Provide backup excavator operation as required and perform hot‑seating on dump trucks when short‑staffed.

Required profile

• Valid C‑class driver’s licence.
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months).
• Significant experience operating the listed machinery in an open‑pit mining environment.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environment policies.
