Airtable Solutions Consultant

About the role

Nifty Solutions is hiring an Airtable Solutions Consultant in Sydney. You will work with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, identify improvement opportunities and design tailored Airtable solutions that deliver measurable results. The role combines business analysis, solution design and low-code implementation, engaging directly with stakeholders, running discovery workshops and building scalable business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with enterprise clients on their objectives, processes and ICT requirements
• Run discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and process analysis to elicit, analyse and document requirements
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, solution designs and implementation plans
• Design, configure and implement Airtable solutions such as relational databases, custom interfaces and automated workflows
• Recommend ICT solutions aligned with client objectives and good practice
• Work with clients and project teams through discovery, design, implementation, testing and deployment
• Produce process maps, workflow diagrams, technical documentation and user guides
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, validate solutions and deliver training and demonstrations
• Review implemented solutions and recommend enhancements

Required profile

• Ideally a tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Business Information Systems, IT, Commerce, Economics or Organisational Management
• At least three years of experience in business analysis, solutions consulting, systems implementation or a related field
• Demonstrated experience turning business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Experience with Airtable or another low-code platform, and with Agile or iterative delivery
• Experience with enterprise clients or in a consulting environment is highly regarded
