After Hours Rostering Coordinator

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is hiring a Rostering Coordinator (also called a Service Delivery Coordinator) in Parramatta, about 5 minutes from a public transport hub. The role supports a portfolio of clients by fulfilling rosters, running and managing welfare calls and providing good customer service to all stakeholders. It is an after-hours position with shifts from 6pm to 6am, covering weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of clients by fulfilling rosters
• Conduct and manage welfare calls
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
• Work as part of a team to meet business goals

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in rostering, administration or a contact centre
• Task-driven, self-motivated and able to handle service delivery under pressure and within time limits
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and a professional phone manner
• Australian citizenship, as some clients are government clients
• Willing to undergo a National Police Check and to work from the Parramatta office
• Night shift experience is desirable; a background in administration, call centre or rostering is also desirable
