Adventure Partner - Sales & Reservations

About the role

True North Adventure Cruises is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Adventure Partner to join its small, dedicated team in Broome. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will manage sales enquiries and reservations, support travel partners and deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking process. The role combines sales, reservations and administration in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales enquiries, bookings and reservations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and booking process
• Support sales activities and follow up enquiries and booking opportunities
• Process reservations and keep accurate booking information
• Coordinate administrative tasks and meet deadlines
• Identify ways to improve processes and the customer experience
• Work collaboratively with the team

Required profile

• Ideally experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, reservations or customer service; previous travel or reservations experience is an advantage
• Proactive, dependable and a team player who can also work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication
• Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
• Positive, flexible attitude suited to a small, fast-paced team

• Confidence with reservation systems and booking software, or quick ability to learn new systems
