Trade Team Leader - Repco Broome

About the role

Repco Broome is looking for a full-time Trade Team Leader to lead a busy trade operation in one of Australia's most iconic coastal destinations. The role draws on mechanical and auto parts knowledge to give front-line technical support, product advice and assistance to customers on technical and sales enquiries. It is a hands-on position involving receiving, dispatching and putting away stock.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching and development
• Coordinate driver delivery schedules
• Provide exceptional customer service and front-line technical support to Repco trade customers
• Receive, dispatch and put away stock; the role involves lifting, bending and climbing
• Work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store

Required profile

• Emerging or developed leadership skills
• Safety mindset, striving to provide the safest work environment
• Team player who works collaboratively
• Availability to work alternating weekends
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
• No automotive experience needed: training is provided
