Administration Manager

About the role

Be at the heart of the Currambine Shopping Centre operations, supporting the Centre Management team while overseeing key administrative and office functions. This hands‑on role offers autonomy, variety and the chance to make a visible impact on the centre’s day‑to‑day performance.

Key responsibilities

• Finance & Reporting: process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices and contractor payments, assist with monthly reporting and prepare expense reconciliations.
• Centre Support & Stakeholder Coordination: respond to tenant service requests, support contractor coordination, and build strong relationships with the Centre Manager, onsite team and Asset team.
• Centre & Office Operations: manage the reception function, oversee daily office operations, and draft correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Marketing & General Support: provide general marketing and administrative assistance for centre initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in an administration role providing team support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Strong knowledge of general office procedures and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Excellent time‑management, accuracy, and verbal and written communication skills.
