ADF Rehabilitation Consultant (Registered Nurse)

About the role

Join the team that restores Australian Defence Force personnel to full fitness. As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant you will use your nursing expertise to guide injured or ill service members through their rehabilitation journey and help them achieve specific health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with injured employees, medical specialists, allied health professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised wellness plans.
• Conduct initial assessments, worksite reviews and ongoing case management to monitor progress and adjust rehabilitation plans.
• Document clinical findings, professional reports and case notes in line with AHPRA standards.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• At least twelve months of full‑time nursing experience with full registration.
• Australian citizenship.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Professional documentation and report writing.
