Accredited Trainer & Facilitator (15‑month contract)

About the role

Join Flight Centre Travel Group as an Accredited Trainer & Facilitator, delivering high‑engagement accredited training programs across a blended learning environment. This 15‑month parental‑leave contract supports the company’s integrated learning model and contributes to continuous improvement of business practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver accredited training, assessments and workshops both in‑person and virtually.
• Facilitate participant engagement, gather feedback and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with government, AASN and RTO standards.
• Coordinate virtual sessions using collaboration tools, manage breakout rooms and maintain clear communication.
• Support leaders and subject‑matter experts in knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance training products and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Passion for learning and developing others.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels.
• Proven problem‑analysis and solution‑implementation abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
