Account Manager – TechnologyOne Direct

About the role

TechnologyOne is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its TechnologyOne Direct sales team. The role focuses on driving sales and pipeline targets through proactive phone‑based engagement with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, driving growth, retention and expansion.
• Achieve revenue targets by identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Partner closely with regional sales teams to progress opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer objectives and decision‑making processes.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and works well across multiple stakeholders.
