Account Manager - Recruitment

Key responsibilities

• Focus on delivering customer excellence and building rapport with existing and new clients
• Offer innovative solutions that match client needs and place high-calibre talent
• Keep in regular contact with clients and candidates, including visits
• Support ongoing training and development for the account manager

Required profile

• Energetic person looking to build a long-term career in recruitment
• Strong account management skills, able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
• Well-developed influencing and interpersonal skills
• Driven and committed; experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential
