Account Manager – Medical Diagnostics (Remote, Victoria)

About the role

The Account Manager will drive growth for Radiometer Pacific by understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored diagnostic solutions. This fully remote position is based in Victoria and reports to the National Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with existing customers, aligning Radiometer solutions to their clinical and operational goals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through value‑led account plans.
• Identify and develop new accounts by uncovering unmet needs and presenting relevant solutions.
• Conduct purposeful customer conversations across the territory to co‑create compelling solutions.
• Champion product and workflow launches, turning customer insights into actionable feedback for internal teams.
• Guide new customers from first engagement to confident adoption of Radiometer products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
• Understanding of the public health system in Victoria, Australia.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑driven attitude with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Sales experience in healthcare, medical or diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to travel up to 15 % of the time, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
