Account Manager

About the role

G.James Glass Products is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its sales team in Eagle Farm. You will identify prospective customers, follow up on leads, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while acting as the bridge between accounts and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and pursue new customer leads while nurturing existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a data‑driven territory action plan.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM systems.

Required profile

• Autonomous, detail‑oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven success in a sales‑driven role; experience in the glass and glazing industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and customer‑focused communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Quick learner with the ability to keep up with a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence.
