Account Manager

About the role

Eco Outdoor is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Account Manager to join its Sales team in Waterloo, Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for design clients, working closely with architects, designers, installers and retail end‑clients to bring projects to life using our materials.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information on prospective clients, including company size, needs and opportunities to add value.
• Collaborate with a Business Development representative to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Provide after‑sales support to retain customers and answer queries promptly.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication and customised sales plans.
• Promote new products and services to existing customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a relevant sales role.
• Ability to confidently manage client relationships and day‑to‑day enquiries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in handling business development leads and managing projects from lead to delivery.
• Interest in architecture and design, and ambition to grow existing client relationships.
