Account Manager – Hospitality Partnerships (Australia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead hospitality partnerships across Australia for a global travel‑technology platform. You will act as the trusted advisor for professional host accounts, helping them grow on the marketplace while maintaining top‑class hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of host accounts to drive performance, sales and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver one‑to‑one account management and group education programmes such as webinars and email campaigns.
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, platform usage and supply optimisation.
• Analyse data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Offer exceptional support via phone, email and in‑person interactions.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets through a proactive approach.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in account management or partner success.
• Background in hospitality, travel technology or e‑commerce is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven with a bias for action.
• Ability to work strategically and tactically in a fast‑moving environment.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset and genuine passion for helping partners succeed.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
