Account Manager – Dental Tech

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and seeks an Account Manager to delight dentists across Australia. You will inherit a portfolio of 200+ single‑location practices and own the relationship to drive Net Revenue Retention.

Key responsibilities

• Drive NRR through strategic account planning, proactive engagement and data‑driven analysis of your book of business.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, including additional scanners and new doctor activations.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with doctors, providing consultative solutions and negotiating commercial terms.
• Understand dental practice operations and the digital dentistry market to speak the language of clinicians.
• Experiment with tactics, talk tracks and use cases to continuously improve retention and share feedback with product teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in the dental industry in sales, account management or customer success.
• Proven track record of upselling and growing an account portfolio.
• Enjoy speaking with clients on the phone for the majority of the day.
• Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to guide decisions.
• Enthusiastic about experimentation, highly motivated and performance‑driven.
• Exceptional communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
