Account Manager - Cleaning Products

About the role

A national supplier of cleaning, consumable and hygiene products is recruiting an Account Manager in Sydney through Superior People Recruitment. The role takes ownership of the Sydney client base, with the main focus on growing the companies already supplied; new business is part of the picture but secondary. It suits someone who enjoys being on the road, plays a long game and can talk credibly about compliance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Drive revenue growth with existing clients
• Present products and services professionally and compellingly
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and quotas
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer information
• Collaborate with the team to support company goals and growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads

Required profile

• Enthusiasm and genuine interest in learning and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, self-motivated and able to take ownership of the role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Sales experience is advantageous
