Account Manager – Adelaide

About the role

EatClub is scaling quickly in Adelaide and needs an Account Manager to act as the “mayor” of a portfolio of restaurant partners. You will own commercial success, build trusted relationships, and use data to guide decisions that reduce churn and maximise long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across your territory.
• Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights.
• Identify risks early and proactively reduce churn through consultative conversations.
• Lead onboarding, activation, and optimisation for new partners.
• Spot and deliver growth opportunities, including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
• Balance field visits with desk‑based planning and analysis.
• Provide feedback to improve account‑management processes and reporting.

Required profile

• 3+ years’ experience in hospitality sales or account management.
• Track record of upselling and growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Experience working to retention, churn reduction, or revenue‑related goals.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both in‑person and in writing.
• Confidence managing a portfolio across field and desk‑based work.
