Account Manager (6 Month Contract)

About the role

Join Australia’s most effective creative agency as an Account Manager on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Pyrmont, you’ll support award‑winning accounts, work with a supportive team, and help deliver long‑lasting ideas for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the production team to ensure best‑practice execution and inspire strategic development.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging trends and apply them to client work.
• Take an active role in new business pitches and nurture client stakeholder relationships.
• Manage day‑to‑day financials, budgets, estimates and ensure projects are delivered profitably.
• Oversee JCR process, weekly head‑hours, timesheets and act as quality controller for all work.

Required profile

• Experience in advertising, communications or a creative agency.
• Strong client relationship history and ability to deliver great creative ideas.
• Good understanding of marketing strategy, media plans and production specifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and flawless attention to detail.

Required skills

• PowerPoint (preparing presentation documents).
