Account Executive – Strata Insurance

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Strata team within Marsh’s Risk business in Perth. This hybrid position requires you to work in the office at least three days a week and will involve managing and growing a portfolio of Strata insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed service standards outlined in client agreements.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing client base.
• Produce and process invoicing, quotations, calculations and confidential documentation within agreed SLAs/KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while suggesting operational improvements.

Required profile

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong numerical ability and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
• Tier 1 qualification or willingness to obtain one.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
