Account Executive - SMB New Logo

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a high‑energy, commercially driven SMB Account Executive to join its Sydney sales team. This hunter role focuses on winning new business across an assigned SMB territory, guiding customers through the full sales cycle and showcasing the power of Salesforce, CRM and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow an assigned SMB territory, developing a strategy to acquire new logos and deliver revenue growth.
• Build pipeline through proactive prospecting, outbound activity, referrals, events and account‑based engagement.
• Lead conversations with SMB leaders about AI, automation and trusted customer data.
• Introduce customers to Agentforce, demonstrating how AI agents can augment employees and transform experiences.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, specialists, partners and internal teams to close complex opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and provide disciplined forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B technology, SaaS or consultative sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong new‑logo acquisition and prospecting experience, comfortable building pipeline from scratch.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technology into business value.
• Resilient, competitive and curious about AI, automation and the future of work.
