Account Executive – Remote (ANZ)

About the role

Hostaway is seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to accelerate growth across the Australia‑New Zealand region. This fully remote position focuses on outbound sales, building relationships with C‑level stakeholders, and expanding the adoption of our AI‑powered vacation‑rental management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to meet revenue targets in APAC markets.
• Own the full sales cycle, with a primary focus on outbound prospecting.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer‑success teams to tailor solutions.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to guide regional expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Represent Hostaway at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Account Executive experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in fast‑growth settings.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously in a dynamic market.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and sales automation platforms.
