About the role

RIB is launching an AI‑driven, cloud‑native SaaS solution that will redefine digital construction technology. As an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive you will own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales process for this brand‑new product across Australia, shaping market entry before case studies exist.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales execution for the new product across Australia.
  • Develop and execute a greenfield territory strategy targeting Tier 1‑3 AEC organisations.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders in construction, engineering, infrastructure and property development firms.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision‑makers and influencers.
  • Act as a market evangelist, clearly articulating product vision, value and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Leadership to refine market messaging, feed customer insights into product development and shape go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

  • Strong startup mindset with the ability to shape processes and carve market pathways.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in greenfield or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model and reporting to a global sales director.
