Account Executive - Nestlé Nutrition & Health

About the role

Nestlé Nutrition & Health is looking for a commercially minded Account Executive to join its Corporate Sales team in Sydney. You will support some of Australia's largest retailers and independent customers across Infant Nutrition, Nutrition & Health and Grocery, working with well-known Nestlé brands and partnering with major retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Bring customer and category plans to life across some of Australia's biggest retailers
• Build and execute promotional plans that drive growth for Nestlé and its customers
• Analyse sales and customer data to uncover opportunities and support commercial decisions
• Manage forecasts, trade spend and promotional calendars
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Field teams to deliver execution
• Support customer reviews, product launches and ranging opportunities

Required profile

• Field sales experience and ambition to move into an Account Executive role, or previous Account Executive experience
• Commercial and financial awareness, including promotional planning, forecasting and customer execution
• Ability to analyse information and turn insights into practical recommendations
• Organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• Full Australian working rights; pre-employment checks may be required

Required skills

• Excel and PowerPoint
• CRM systems, including CRM7, valued
• Power BI useful but not essential
• Confidence using AI-enabled tools
• FMCG experience and knowledge of point-of-sale execution, category management or customer planning highly regarded
