Account Executive – Microsoft Solutions

About the role

Antares is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to drive sales across Modern Work, Data & AI, and Application Development practices. You will generate new client relationships, expand existing accounts, and sell a broad portfolio of Microsoft‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across the three practice areas.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop relationships with key business and IT decision‑makers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth post‑sale transition and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in professional services or technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, outcome‑driven and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong relationship‑building and hunter mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot.
• Azure data services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, analytics, AI/ML.
• .NET, Azure, AI applications, chatbots, systems integration.
