Account Executive (Graduate)

About the role

Join Marsh Risk’s Corporate and Commercial team in Canberra as an entry‑level Account Executive. This hybrid position requires you to work in the office at least three days a week and supports senior brokers in client servicing, portfolio management and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Support Senior and Principal Account Brokers with portfolio management.
• Assist in developing, implementing and managing risk management and insurance programmes.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Process invoices, policy accounting, quotations, premium calculations and documentation accurately and timely.
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters and claims managers.
• Develop a basic technical understanding of relevant insurance classes and specialist services.
