Account Executive – Entry Level Sales Role

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our Sydney team. This entry‑level business development opportunity will let you build a genuine career in sales while learning from an experienced, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients across target industries and conduct outbound prospecting by phone.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries and qualify prospects.
• Book high‑quality discovery meetings for senior business development team members.
• Re‑engage previous enquiries and dormant opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and complete follow‑up activity within agreed timeframes.
• Develop a strong understanding of Sales Hero’s services and commercial offering.

Required profile

• Confident starting conversations with new people and comfortable making 100+ dials per day.
• Motivated by goals, accountable and resilient to rejection.
• Professional, articulate, commercially minded and coachable.
• Organised, consistent with follow‑up and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interested in a long‑term sales career and able to work full‑time from the Sydney CBD office.
