Inside Sales Representative

About the role

WOW Recruitment is partnering with a recognised Australian business that blends commercial operations with the music and creative sectors. The Inside Sales Representative will connect with businesses across various industries, combining phone‑based sales with a creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound Sales: Proactively contact prospective customers by phone to introduce services and generate new business.
• Needs‑Based Selling: Build rapport, understand how businesses use music, and propose appropriate licensing solutions.
• Targets & KPIs: Manage daily call activity and work towards weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Pipeline Management: Research prospects, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up within agreed timeframes.
• Customer Engagement: Handle questions and objections confidently, guiding businesses toward licensing solutions.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support onboarding and resolve issues throughout the process.

Required profile

• Sales Experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre or similar customer‑facing roles.
• Confident Communicator comfortable initiating phone conversations and building rapport.
• Target‑Driven with a motivation to achieve measurable results.
• Resilient & Proactive, able to handle rejection and stay positive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organised & Tech‑Savvy, confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Team Player accountable for personal performance while collaborating with others.
